How much is this going to cost me?

AMW Marketing works within your budget. We can work on a per project basis or on a retainer; your cost will depend on how much you are willing to invest. Even if you have a limited budget and lofty goals, we want to work with you. To get started, AMW Marketing offers a free initial consultation, and can help work out a plan within your budget.

Do you work on a project basis or retainer?

AMW Marketing is extremely flexible. We can work with you on one project at a time or on an ongoing basis. For those clients who choose to work on a retainer basis, our hourly fee is reduced, allowing for a much more comprehensive partnership. However, it's ultimately up to you to choose which compensation plan works best for your budget.

Do you offer discounts for long-term contracts?

Clients who work with AMW Marketing on an on-going retainer basis get a reduced rate based on the amount of hours they choose to commit. The more hours you want the better your rate.

How soon can I expect results from your marketing program?

Marketing takes time to achieve results. However, you might see results right away, depending on the service. For example, a successful direct mail campaign with an in-house list and fabulous offer could start your phone ringing within days!

How will you direct my message to the right people?

Before we begin allocating marketing dollars, AMW Marketing works with you to learn as much as possible about your business, customers, donors and competitors. We are experts at tailoring messages to the various audiences you might have. In the end, you have the opportunity to direct our voice and make sure we appeal to your specific target market.

Where do you get your distribution lists from?

AMW Marketing works with a variety of sources to get qualified lists whether it's an email list or a stack of labels. We research a number of sources to be sure we are getting the best lists for your business or organization. We also look to your own database of customers, clients, volunteers or donors to see how we can best utilize one of your most valuable resources.

Do you test different ads or letters?

Testing and tracking responses are some of the most important aspects of marketing. We understand how important it is to make every dollar count. We work with our clients to see what makes the most sense for them in terms of testing messages and tracking responses. From informal focus groups to high-touch feedback sessions AMW Marketing can provide all the resources to ensure quality marketing programs are executed.

Working with our partners is one of the most enjoyable aspects of working in marketing. We are here to take on projects, tasks and responsibilities you don't have the time to initiate or implement. We can be as "hands-on" as you like even if you need us to come in and work in your office a few hours a week. Our services are flexible and versatile as we strive to deliver quality results.
